ERL Conference FAQ’s

  • All registrations are full-conference registrations with the exception of Workshop tickets.
  • Students may contact us for a discounted rate to attend the conference.
  • Onsite registration – credit card payment is required at the time of purchase.

Included in registration (in-person in Austin)

  • 2.5 day ER&L Conference program
  • Access to the ERL19 video conference archive for 1 year
  • Welcome Reception on Sunday evening
  • Vendor Reception and Tabletop Exhibit Reception
  • Food: Daily AM breakfast bar, PM snack & ONGOING beverage service
  • Sponsors may also provide attendee luncheons or deluxe breakfast offerings. Details will be posted on the Sched website.

Included in the Online Conference

  • View live sessions from your office or at home on a computer or idevices during ER&L and for 1 year post-conference
  • 2 live session options to choose from during the conference, ~30 hours
  • All Keynote sessions will air live
  • Parallel running sessions will be recorded and will be available within 24-48 hours of presentation
  • Access for one-year to those recordings and archived (formerly live) sessions

Refund Policy

  • Before 12/1/18 – Full refund, less a $50 processing fee must be made in writing
  • 12/1/2018 – 1/31/2019 – 50% refund for requests made in writing
  • After 2/1/2019 – Refunds will not be allowed after this date. All refund requesters will be provided the online access as an alternative with no additional refund.

  • All workshops require an additional ticket to attend.
  • Each workshop must have a minimum of 10 registrants by 1/15/2019 to confirm it will take place during ERL19.

  • Exhibitors will receive 2 complimentary registrations with their table. Additional registration badges will be charged at the prevailing rate. Platinum & Diamond sponsors may contact us regarding ticket packages.
  • Cancellation and corresponding refundable amounts are listed below:
  • Exhibitor backdrops are allowed but cannot be wider than 6ft or taller than 10ft.
  • Any materials left behind at ATTCC that are not labeled for shipping will be disposed of.

    • Onsite registration – credit card payment is required at the time of purchase.
    • You do not need to bring a paper ticket to Austin.
    • Attendees can pick up their badges at the Registration Desk. Badges not picked up will not receive a refund.
    • Workshop, Session, Short-talk and ERL101 presenters are welcome to use the Speaker Ready Room and collect a presenter button and presenter gift from ER&L. 
    • While ER&L does not have a specified dress code, most attendees dress in business casual or casual attire.
    • Firearms are not allowed on the AT&T Conference Center (ATTCC) property.
    • Gender Neutral restrooms will be available and designated with an appropriate sign.
    • A Nursing Room will be available at the ATTCC. Please see the Registration Desk onsite for further details.
    • Breakfast and breaks available at the ATTCC will be plentiful and have a variety of options including vegetarian.  Anything additional will need to be prepared by attendee and brought onsite. A cafe is available in the hotel for additional options for purchase.
