This is a Pre-conference Workshop. The SFX resolver requires administrators to integrate knowledge of library systems and public services. Practical constraints often prevent customers from utilizing rich, complex tools. This preconference addresses three oft-neglected topics: knowledgebase and software monthly updates, appearance of the Services Menu, and addition of local print serial holdings to the knowledgebase.
