With libraries transforming to a more e-resource driven environment, the workflow libraries traditionally employed in print collections can no longer adequately address the need for the new resources. This presentation introduces a process mapping approach in e-resource management with a primary focus on consensus building in selection and acquisition process. Potentials of utilizing this approach in other areas of e-resource management will also be discussed.
