Abstract
Faculty respond to services that meet their research and teaching needs. Digital Commons libraries are successfully engaging faculty participation in the IR by providing value-added publishing services. Librarians are finding that these new opportunities for collaboration fill the IR, serve their faculty, and lead to innovations in scholarly communications.
