Digital sharing of material has become a hot topic in libraries recently. Maureen Whalen and Amy Blum will discuss copyright issues from the perspective of institutions that are creators and providers of content, including discussion of Sections 107 and 108 and their application in the Georgia State litigation, the Google books settlement and Document Delivery Services.
