Welcome 2019 Online Conference Attendees!
This online conference-focused page will provide you with access to the schedule, access to the video platform, link to the browser testing page, printable posters and a sample session from last year to view.
This set of information will ensure you will able to:
- Search the schedule
- Test your browser
- Access the platform
- Print an office poster
- Join in on social media
STEP 1: PLAN YOUR LIVE VIEWING ITINERARY — 2019 CONFERENCE WEBSITE (SCHED)
The 2019 program can be viewed here.
All online sessions tagged as Available Live and On Demand or Available On Demand. These options can be found using the filter on the right labeled “Online Conference Availability”.
Available Live and On Demand: These sessions are broadcast Live during their presentation time (Central Time) in Austin. These sessions will also be available On Demand.
Available On Demand: These sessions are available to view within 24 hours after being presented in Austin.
Not Available Online: Workshops, Posters, Lightning Talks and a few selected sessions will only be available in Austin and not be available online.
STEP 2: TEST YOUR BROWSER BEFORE THE CONFERENCE STARTS
It is very important to test your device compatibility on Sonic Foundry’s testing page here.
STEP 3: TEST YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS BEFORE THE CONFERENCE STARTS
Credentials we sent to all pre-registered attendees on February 19th. Attendees who register after 2/19 will receive their credentials within 48 hours of registration.

Individual Access tickets will be sent 1 login to be used 1 individual.
Group Access tickets will be sent 1 login to be used by up to 10 individuals. Your group will only need the login and password sent in February. All viewers can use the same login and password.
In-person attendees will be granted access to the online conference after the conference concludes.
STEP 4: WATCH THE CONFERENCE — ONLINE CONFERENCE PLATFORM
Starting Monday March 4th you can access the Online Conference Platform and attend the conference. You can watch the sessions from home, your campus, the office or from your tablet, on a Mac, PC or iDevice. All sessions can be accessed online via your browser. No special hardware is necessary.
Once you log into the online conference you will see the full list of sessions available to you. You can filter by Day or by Track, but remember, only the sessions marked as “Available Live and On Demand” can be watched Live during their presentation time in Austin (Central Time). The remaining sessions will be available day-of or within 24-hours of their presentation time on the same platform.
Note: During the following times, no sessions will air live:
- Monday 11:45am-1:15pm — Lunch Break
- Monday 2:00pm-2:45pm — Poster Session
- Tuesday 9:30am-10:15am — Poster Session
- Tuesday 12:00pm-1:30pm — Lunch Break
Individual Access tickets allow for 1 login to the conference to be viewed in 1 location.
Group Access tickets allow for multiple people viewing different sessions in different locations at any given time. Your group will only need the login and password sent in February. All viewers can use the same login and password but can watch different sessions at the same time in any location.
Closed captioning will be available on the Online Conference platform soon after live airing. If you have any questions about captioning, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Once again, every peer-reviewed session will be recorded for 2019. This is made possible from support from SAGE Publishing. At your first login per day, per browser (in an unlikely scenario you’re changing browsers throughout the day), you will see a short video from SAGE before arriving at the catalog of session videos.
