ERL19 Submission Deadline Approaching – Don’t miss your chance to present in Austin!
As the new incoming chair of the Program Planning Committee, I’d like to welcome all potential ER&L 2019 presenters! Whether you’re a new librarian or a seasoned presenter, please consider submitting a proposal for the 2019 Conference. I gave my very first professional presentation at ER&L in 2010, and it was such a wonderful experience that I kept coming back (the 2019 Conference will be my tenth year as a conference-goer!). I can honestly say that ER&L attendees are a warm and welcoming community who are eager to learn new things and benefit from your expertise, perspectives, and experiences.
Please continue reading for a few announcements we’d like to share.

COMMUNITY VOTING 9/25-10/7
The ER&L program is designed using the collective review of the Program Planning Committee and an open community vote building a program of great sessions that are of need to the e-resources community. Just after submission closes, you’ll see the open invite for you to weigh in on the 2019 submissions and help shape the program. The Community Vote will be open September 25 – October 7, 2018.
POSTER SUBMISSION OPENING 10/1
In 2018 we experimented with offering poster presentations. It was so well received we’ve increased the space available for posters in the Exhibit Hall. The 2019 Call for Posters will open October 1st.
Thank you for your submissions to the Call for Workshops. The committee is currently reviewing submissions. Look for those to be announced at the end of the month.
