The way libraries support research and teaching changed rapidly during the pandemic. With its mission of expanding access to scholarship, JSTOR was ready to help meet the new demands, collaborating with publishers on initiatives that included a range of free access options and a fee relief initiative.
Rebecca Seger led JSTOR’s efforts to support libraries and researchers during the crisis. In this session, she will discuss what we’ve learned so far, insights from the usage data, and how we’re continuing to work with our library participants to meet their evolving needs. There will be time for questions, and we look forward to a lively discussion!
