Virtual Exhibiting at Camp ER&L
Over the years we’ve been told that coming to ER&L is like going to summer camp for librarians. We come together, stay close by, and meet new people over meals. We learn a lot during the day and go out or play games together at night. We hold a common identity and experience then leave with shared memories, new skills, and new contacts. ER&L is working to find ways to capture that camp-like feel in a virtual way. Since that’s the spirit we are trying to capture this year, we’ve rallied around a fun camp-focused theme.
We’ll be concentrating our program on key big questions in our field. Each big question will provide face-to-face and meaningful networking opportunities to build new relationships. Exhibitors will all be given an opportunity to shine at Camp ER&L. It will be essential for the vendors in our industry to join us in this ongoing journey.
A Virtual Exhibit Booth includes:
- A virtual booth in the event platform
- Immediate access to Active Lead Retrieval* during the conference
- A Booth Visitor Report* delivered mid-event and post-event
- Ability to connect with/ network with every single attendee directly in the platform
- Conference access for two (2) staff
- New! Dedicated Commercial: 1 minute commercial in the ER&L live stream. These commercials will be unopposed to other live content taking place in entertaining social blocks planned at ER&L.
* Active Lead = an attendee who requests information or downloads a file in your booth
** Booth Visitor = an attendee who has viewed your booth but has not downloaded a file nor requested information

Cost: $2,000, Premium Placement
Your GIF will appear at the top of the Lobby screen with your custom message. This GIF is front and center at the starting point of the attendee experience at ER&L.
Sitewide Carousel Logo Placement
Pinned logo in sitewide rotation for the duration of the conference. Attendees click the logo to access a company URL of your choice.
Website Banner Ad
30-day placement of a clickable ad on the ER&L website.
Newsletter Ad Placement
Placement in 1 newsletter email sent to our email list of over 5,000 eresources and digital services library professionals.
Swag Bag Postcard Insert
Place your ad in the hands of all Camp ER&L attendees! Send us a flat 4×6 (or smaller) marketing postcard (or sticker sheet/scratch-off ad/crossword puzzle/bingo card/etc!) Include a pen or other lightweight small item, too. We’ll include your items in the swag bag shipment to all early bird registrants. Plan for 1000 finished items to arrive at our offices by January 31, 2022.
