ER&L will be an all virtual conference and exhibit event March 8 – 11, 2021.

For 16 years, library professionals have convened at ER&L to improve the way we collect, manage, maintain, and make accessible electronic resources. We invite you to join us at ER&L – this time online – to continue our important work. 

In March of 2021, many key decision makers and essential decision making influencers will gather together including e-resources librarians, serials acquisitions librarians, heads of collection development, technical services librarians, acquisitions librarians and e-resources managers.  

ER&L is a friendly niche conference brought to you by the efforts of a fleet of librarian volunteers and a small but mighty ER&L team. We would be so grateful if you’d consider attending and supporting our annual gathering of e-resources and digital services professionals as an exhibitor.

ER&L Virtual Exhibit 2021

Cost: $2,500

A Virtual Exhibit Booth includes:

  • A virtual booth in the event platform 
  • Real-time lead retrieval (no separate system or fee)
  • 24-7 exhibit hall access
  • Networking with the attendees 
  • Conference access for two (2) staff

The Virtual Booth

The virtual booth will have many of the same features as an in-person tabletop exhibit — vendors can upload custom images, a company banner, video reels, product/ service information, product spec sheets/ marketing materials/ order forms/ etc,  list your reps with contact information, highlight promotions and more.

Attendees can stop by a booth on the Virtual Event App 24-7, your information will be available to them regardless of timezone or session times. When they stop by, the platform will automatically track that they’ve stopped by. In addition, they will be able to click “Request Information” that will send you, in real-time, their contact information and questions.

Premium Placement

Greet all attendees with a welcome greeting and company message. Your video is the first message that plays upon entry to the event. Your video is front and center at the starting point of the attendee experience at ER&L.

Lobby Banner GIF

Cost: $2,000  |  4 Available, 1 per event day

Premium Placement

Your GIF will appear at the top of the Lobby screen with a custom GIF message. This GIF is front and center at the starting point of the attendee experience at ER&L.

Sitewide Carousel Logo Placement

Cost: $1,500

Pinned logo in sitewide rotation for the duration of the conference. Attendees click the logo to access a company URL of your choice.

Build Your Own Sponsored Session

Cost: $2,500
