I can’t log in.

Check to be sure you are using the credentials sent via email to you. Ensure that no extraneous spaces are at the beginning or end of the text. The login and password are case-sensitive.

I can’t find the session I want to watch.

All peer-reviewed sessions and sponsored sessions are included in the platform. Some sessions are not recorded and not available via the Online Conference such as workshops and poster sessions.


Where can I access the ‘live viewing guide’?

Please consult the Online Conference Logistics for these details, including the live viewing guide and link to sched.


I can’t hear the speaker/ there’s no audio.

Please check the speakers on your machine. Audio will come directly from your machine that is being streamed from the room. If you’ve tried reloading the page and there is still no audio, email us.


I can’t see the speaker.

Some presentations will be voice over slide presentations only. You will not be able to see the presenter in all cases.


Where can I download a copy of the speakers’ slides?

Many presenters submit their slides to us for distribution to attendees. Once the conference starts, slides can be accessed here. Please note some presenters have opted not to share their slides or will share them after the conference.
